The book is in very good condition for it's age!
Binding is all strong and intact! Corners are in very good condition with only very minor wear! The book's pages show very little discoloring. There are some dog-eared pages. There is only one tear that I can see on one page, torn about one inch up from the bottom at the binding. I see no writing in the book.The books cover only shows minor shelf wear.
